Evie started walking herself home from school. Just in time for winter. And can I tell you how nice it is? Really most days, I still walk over and meet her, because she has some after school activity or another, but when she can walk herself home, I don't have to get the other kids bundled up to go get her, and I can just be home ready and waiting for her when she gets here. It makes for such a nice, smooth transition in the afternoon.
Can anyone say longest run-on sentence ever?
