Going Back to Cali: The Finale

So, finally!
(It's not much of a finale, but it was our last day, so here you go...)
After the wedding, the family all got together for some lunch, swimming, and chilling (literally, it was cold out). The pool water was really warm though, so the kids wanted to go in. I chilled outside the pool, while they warmed inside it. They played on the stairs, but mostly watched the bigger kids playing and waited for them to come closer, so they could get in splash fights.
I didn't take my camera this day, but my mom took a few pictures.
The kiddies in the pool.
My nephew, Landon practicing walking.
The newlyweds ready to open presents.
Evelynn, Owen, and Landon (Oliver didn't make it up from Texas).
We wanted to get a picture of all of the cousins together. Owen wasn't interested.
Then we started losing Landon.
And even Evie started getting bored and making silly faces.
That is until...

Melissa's aunt started making animal sounds! You should hear that lady whinny! I think she had captured the whole house's attention!
After chilling, we went back to Grandma and Grandpa Rowe's to get packing, have dinner, and...

go for a motorcycle ride with Grandpa! The kids loved the motorcycle, so I let Greg take them for a ride around the block. Grandma went along too to help them hold on.
Don't they look so cute in this helmet!
The next day, we took my older brother Mike to the airport for his flight home, and then my Mom, the kids, and I made the long drive to Utah. The kids did great! We only had to use the great outdoors as a toilet one time! Good job kids!

What a fun and packed trip this has been! It doesn't get much better in Utah, so we'll have to see how the posting goes...

I loved getting caught up on all your pictures and seeing pictures of your family and friends. I haven't been to California since Thanksgiving 1996. Your pictures are making me want to go there. California is so great. There is no place else like it!
