Peter the Pan Thief

We have had a strange occurence lately. Our pots, pans, mixing bowls, toys, plastic pumpkins, and other large objects keep finding their way to the floor in front of the TV. Every time I put one away, I turn around to find something else set carefully there. With a hidden camera we were able to catch some pictures of the perpetrator. Let's see if we can figure out who it is... Here we see the theif with a red feather in his hat, carrying Exhibit A.
Here he appears to be placing Exhibit A carefully on the floor.
This I believe reveals the motive.
This photo also shows the person responsible for the crime wearing a green tunic and pants and resembling a lost boy.

This photograph shows Owen wearing a similar tunic and hat to that of the criminal. I have also caught Owen standing on some of these misplaced objects reaching for the TV and VCR/DVD player. Using this information, I will conclude that Owen is guilty of finding any thing stable enough to stand on (he even used that little green cup in photo numbers 2 and 3) to reach the TV, etc.
